QUESTIONS

Questions

Quick answers to what people ask most, and how to reach a real person.

What number and address do I send moments to?

Text +1 (855) 262-3742, or email capture@in.lifelately.app. Photos work in both. You can also set up your own personal capture address in the app under Settings › Capture address.

Who can send moments to my account?

Texts from your own phone number, and emails from your account email or a trusted sender you've verified in Settings › Trusted senders. Anything else is ignored.

Why didn't a photo show up in Proposed?

Proposed skips photos that are already in a moment, and ones you've dismissed. It also needs access to your photos: check Settings › LifeLately › Photos on your iPhone.

My photos or video won't load or upload.

Photos kept only in iCloud have to download first; open them once in the Photos app, then try again. Videos upload in the background and retry on a weak signal, so keep LifeLately open until it finishes.

Why is a keepsake locked?

Each keepsake unlocks once the experience has enough to tell: more moments, or a few more words on them. The keepsake's card says what it needs.

Does someone need an account to see what I share?

No. A published keepsake's link opens in any browser, and a moment you send arrives as ordinary photos and text.

I forgot my password, or changed my phone number.

Tap Forgot password? on the sign-in screen in the app. To change your number, go to Settings › Password & phone.

How do I turn off notifications or reminders?

Settings › Notifications for each kind of notification, and Settings › Reminders for your daily reminder.
